Phase 1 of 3

Discover

  1. Step 1: Call

    What happens
Thirty minutes to understand how your buddy or tandem programme runs today and what should improve. You can try the demo on this website beforehand.
    Your part
Share your goals, roughly how many students, and the semester you have in mind.
    Outcome
A shared view of whether iNZi fits your programme.
  2. Step 2: Live demo

    What happens
We show you and your coordinator the live platform with a demonstration university, from the student side and the International Office side.
    Your part
Invite the person who runs the programme day to day.
    Outcome
Your team has seen iNZi in action.
  3. Step 3: Compliance pack

    What happens
Your data protection officer receives our compliance pack before any decision: the data processing agreement (AVV), our technical and organisational measures (TOM), and our hosting and deletion concept.
    Your part
Book one meeting with your data protection officer.
    Outcome
Data protection questions answered before you commit.

Phase 2 of 3

Agree and set up

  1. Step 4: Proposal

    What happens
You receive a one-page proposal with scope, dates, costs and the success measures we will be held to.
    Your part
Get internal approval and check your university's procurement rules.
    Outcome
A proposal you can take to colleagues.
  2. Step 5: Order and AVV

    What happens
With the order we sign the AVV under Art. 28 GDPR, and the success measures are put in writing. For summer semester 2027, by 28 February 2027.
    Your part
A purchase order from procurement. Name a contact person.
    Outcome
    Agreements and goals in place.
  3. Step 6: Set-up and training

    What happens
Six to two weeks before orientation we set up your branded space, cohorts, invite codes and QR posters. Your team gets training, and your coordinator a short guide and text templates in German and English.
    Your part
Send your logo and colours, and add the code and poster to your orientation plans. Your IT team has nothing to do.
    Outcome
Your university is ready on connect.inzi.global.

Phase 3 of 3

Launch and grow

  1. Step 7: Orientation week

    What happens
An iNZi team member signs students up at your session, in person in north-west Germany and online elsewhere. First matches arrive within 24 hours.
    Your part
    A 30-minute slot at orientation.
    Outcome
    The first tandems and meet-ups.
  2. Step 8: Support during the semester

    What happens
In weeks 1 to 12 iNZi reminds students to meet and suggests new contacts. Your coordinator gets a short weekly progress note, with a joint check at mid-semester. Email support replies within one working day.
    Your part
About two hours a week from your coordinator: a short check-in and promoting iNZi to the cohort.
    Outcome
A programme that runs without you chasing pairs.
  3. Step 9: Outcome report and review

    What happens
At the end of the semester you receive the semester outcome report and we review the agreed success measures together.
    Your part
Decide whether to continue and at what scale.
    Outcome
Dependable figures for leadership and funders.
